A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session will receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the advance payment. We reserve the right to reschedule in case of extreme weather or emergency.
Edited photos are delivered digitally within 7-10 business days. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Raw/unedited files are not provided unless specifically agreed upon.
Photo Bright retains the copyright to all photographs. Clients receive a personal use license. Commercial use requires a separate license agreement.
We reserve the right to use images from your session for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
