We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for portrait sessions and 3-6 months for weddings results in best team procruitment.
We understand that plans can change.
However, we are flexible for the cancellations made 7+ days before the session with 70% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling is always welcomed with 48 hours notice.
Delivery
Portrait sessions: 1 weeks (Just the Uplodables).
Event coverage: 4 weeks.
Wedding photography: 4-6 weeks.
However we consider the time bound for the photographs that is to be placed for immigration purpose.
We prioritize quality over speed, ensuring every image is beautifully edited before delivery.
All photos are delivered in high-resolution, JPEG format via an online gallery link.
You can download individual photos or all photos at once.
We also offer USB drive delivery for an additional fee.

Sessions
Absolutely! We love outdoor sessions. We have favorite locations in Kathmandu Valley and can also travel to your preferred location. For outdoor sessions, we recommend scheduling during golden hour for the most beautiful light.
Weather happens! We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you if weather threatens your outdoor session.
We can reschedule at no charge, move the session indoors - your choice!
Editing
Yes! We can accommodate various editing styles. During your consultation, share examples of editing styles you love and we will work to match your vision while maintaining our professional quality standards.
